1.What is the price per session?

If you are paying out of pocket the price is $150. If you are using your in-network benefits you are only responsible for your co-pay after the deductible is met. 

2. Do you accept Medicaid or NJ Health Insurance?

No, we do not at this time

3. What if I don’t like/connect with my therapist?

We have multiple therapists available and will match you with another therapist as soon as we can.

4. Do you have Spanish-speaking therapists?

Yes.

5. Do you offer in-person counseling?

No, River & Rose Therapy is a 100% virtual practice. We offer secure online therapy and telehealth sessions to clients throughout New Jersey, sending a direct video link prior to each appointment.

6. What kind of sessions do you offer?

We provide a variety of virtual counseling services in NJ, including individual online therapy, family therapy, virtual couples counseling, and remote support groups.

7. How long does a session last?

Approximately 55 minutes

8. Can your therapist see people out of the state?

Our licensed therapists can treat anyone who maintains a primary residence in New Jersey. Because we are a telehealth practice, we can support you anywhere in NJ, and we are actively working to expand our services to other states soon.

9. How soon can I be seen?

You can easily schedule a session with a New Jersey online therapist through our website. Most new clients can book a virtual appointment within 24 to 48 hours.

10. How do I make payment for my session?

Payments are automatically deducted from the credit card that is on file on the day of your session.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours from your session time or you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

12. Are your therapists certified or specialize in a certain area?

While all of our River & Rose therapists are general practitioners, they hold specialized certifications in specific mental health areas to ensure you are matched with the right specialist for your needs.
